Scampify Everything!

Chicken Scampi

4 boneless chicken breasts or 6 boneless thighs
1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
4 Tbsp Scampi Blend, divided
1/4 cup milk (whole or lowfat)
1/2 Tbsp butter (if you like a super buttery flavor use the Butter flavored oil instead of garlic instead of added more butter)
1 Tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons Scampi Blend and the chicken and sauté until the chicken is cooked through. Add the milk, butter, 2 teaspoons Scampi Blend and the flour and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.

When someone asks me what they should buy if they don't want to spend a lot of money but want to try some of our products out I make sure they like garlic (and 99% of people do!) and then tell them to get a bottle of Roasted Garlic Oil and the Scampi blend or the 8 pack of blends if they are willing to spend a little more money. Why? Because these items are extremely versatile. If you go with the scampi blend only, you can "scampify" just about anything (well anything savory, you wouldn't want to scampi cupcakes or ice cream LOL). You can replace the chicken above with any kind of meat or with pretty much any veggie or you can add veggies to the recipe above. Today I had some zuchinni and cauliflower laying around so I added it to the chicken scampi recipe above. I don't even like cauliflower but I'll eat it when the scampi blend!
And the garlic oil can be used in place of just about any recipe that calls for oil or butter (again, savory recipes...you wouldn't want to use it to replace the oil in a cake mix!) because in my opinion, garlic makes everything taste better.
If you get the 8 pack you can have a different meal every night of the week. Some examples of what you can do:

Add any of the blends to ground turkey, chicken or beef for yummy bugers
Add one of the blends to mashed potatoes, rice, polenta, or roasted potatoes
Saute veggies in a grapeseed oil and add any bland to the veggies for extra flavor
Marinate any meat with some oil and any blend

As you can see, with the combinations above and the 8 different blends you have, you can make a completely different meal many many times. There is a 12 pack of blends as well!
